Will it make my numbers look better?
No. It works from the numbers you give it. If you're going to miss, the update says so early and in dollars. That's the version your boss can actually use.
Calling a miss: why so early?
Because your boss has a forecast call too. A miss you call in week six is a problem you solve together. A miss they find out about in week twelve is a problem with you.
Can I trust it?
Trust it like advice from an experienced coach who wasn't in the room. It knows how federal deals actually move, and it'll tell you what to do this week. It doesn't know your customer's org chart or this year's budget line, so check any name, vehicle or number before you repeat it to a customer.
Does anything I type leave my device?
Yes. This page uses AI, unlike the tools. When you press the button, what you typed goes to Google's Gemini through QuotaBird's own server, and the answer comes back here. The server doesn't save it, and QuotaBird never sees it. Don't paste anything that isn't yours to share: nothing classified or controlled unclassified, nothing marked internal, nothing about a customer you wouldn't put in an email to a stranger.
