What this checks

A federal customer liking your product isn't the same as a federal business.

A business needs a customer who has actually asked for the thing, money that can pay for it, a legal way to buy it, the right partner if the customer can't buy from you directly, and somebody on your side who knows how all of that works. Miss one and the deal waits, usually until next fiscal year.

These five questions are skeptical on purpose. Answer them the way a federal buyer would, not the way the pitch deck does. More on how federal technology actually gets bought, and what a believable first year looks like, is on the Federal GTM page.

I spent six years leading federal partner sales teams at Amazon, after plenty of years carrying a number myself. QuotaBird is mostly stuff I wish we'd had back then. Most of it's free. If the problem's messier than a little tool can handle, we can talk it through.

Questions

Does anything I enter leave my device?
No. Your answers get scored right here in your browser. There's no account, and nothing goes to a server or your CRM. QuotaBird counts page views with Google Analytics, but it never sees your answers, and nothing leaves the page unless you share a result.
Is this legal or contracting advice?
No. It points to the questions a federal buyer will ask. For contracts, compliance and authorization questions, talk to people who do that work for a living.
